What data and why

Enquiry form: your name, e-mail address, phone number (optional) and message are processed to answer your enquiry about an offer (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR – consent and pre-contractual steps). We keep them for up to 24 months after the last contact or until you withdraw consent.

Abuse protection: together with the enquiry we store a one-way hash of your IP address, which cannot be reversed, to limit spam (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

WhatsApp and phone: clicking the button takes you to the WhatsApp app (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) or your phone app. Data you send via WhatsApp is also processed by Meta under its own privacy policy. This site counts button clicks anonymously, without personal data.

Cookies and similar technologies

We only use what is necessary for the site to work: the “lang” cookie (your chosen language, up to 12 months) and a “theme” entry in browser storage (light/dark). We use no analytics or advertising cookies, so there is no consent banner. Staff who sign in to the admin panel also receive a session cookie.

Recipients

Data may be entrusted to hosting and e-mail providers and – if you choose to use WhatsApp – to Meta. We do not sell data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting earlier processing). You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO). Write to us: trucks@trucks123.com.
